Your CMTC 2019 registration includes access to the technical sessions of the conference, most meals, and access to CMTC 2019 Conference Proceedings. You may also purchase hotel room nights at Magnolia Hotel, Houston, TX during registration until June 21, 2019.

*All registration rates are in USD and end at 11:59pm EST on the day displayed above.

**For access to one-day registration rates, please contact customer service at 800.242.4363 or email customerservice@aiche.org or Keith Joseph at keitj@aiche.org. You must also specify which day you would like to attend.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy:

Cancellations must be called in at 800.242.4363 or emailed to customerservice@aiche.org no later than June 16, 2019, 11:59pm ET will receive a full refund less $100 in processing charges. After June 16, 2019 no full registration refunds will be given. If you register but are unable to attend, AIChE will accept a substitute with a $100 processing fee.

Registration will be located in the Magnolia Hotel, 3rd floor Pre-Function, Monday, July 15 - Thursday, July 18.

Visa Procedures

U.S. visa procedures have been changing. If you are planning to attend an AIChE Meeting and will need a visa, we encourage you to visit the U.S. Visa Policy Web Page for updates on visa procedures and applications. Please allow ample time for visa processing.
