1. How do I register for the co-located workshops?
Registration forms will be posted at http://fscarbonmanagement.org/content/registration.
2. What can I do if I have problems with the online registration?
Should you encounter any problems with the online registration, please adjust your computer settings or disable your e-mail filter and try again. If the problem persists, please contact email@example.com and in the subject line write: CMTC 2013 registration assistance.
3. How do I learn more about sponsorship opportunities or member discounts?
For sponsorship opportunities, please call Darlene Schuster at the Institute for Sustainability (410-458-5870) or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also contact Ian Sergo at email@example.com.
4. How do I submit my abstract?
Visit the Call for Abstracts webpage at http://fscarbonmanagement.org/content/cmtc-2013-call-abstracts. The Call for Abstracts is now closed. However, if you wish to submit an abstract to the poster session, please contact Kevin Chin at firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. When will I be informed if my abstract is accepted?
Notification of abstract acceptance will be e-mailed to you by August 19, 2013. If you have not received a notification please contact Kevin Chin at email@example.com.
6. Who do I contact if I need an official invitation letter?
If you wish to attend the conference and need an official invitation letter, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and in the subject line put in: CMTC 2013 invitation letter request. Please include your full name and mailing address in the request.
7. What is the size for the poster presentation?
Posters are 30" x 40" and can be used in either orientation.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
If your plans change after registering, we will reimburse you, minus a $50 service fee. Note that substitutions are available free of charge, up until 48 hours before our event. To cancel your registration or to send a substitute, please contact AIChE customer service at 1-800-242-4363.
