RAPID: Modularization in CCUS

We invite you to join us for a RAPID-led problem-discovery session, where we’ll combine short presentations (including an overview of RAPID and the basics of modular chemical process intensification) to set the stage with small-group breakout groups. The objectives of this session are to learn from the collective knowledge at CMTC what the main challenges are in carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) — both technical and decision-point barriers — and which ones could potentially be addressed with modularization and process intensification. With this information, RAPID leadership will determine next steps, including developing a roadmap to guide the Institute in this new industry of CCUS.
